Speakers' Profiles

  • Pastor (Dr.) Thomas Jenkins
    Thomas Jenkins accepted the call to the Gospel ministry in November of 1979 and became an ordained Pastor in 1981. Pastor Jenkins has conducted conferences and crusades across the nation and has traveled to Africa numerous times since 1995. The Lord has led him to establish an outreach Center in Africa. He currently works with Pastors and churches in Ivory Coast, Nigeria, Liberia, South Africa, and Haiti. Thomas Jenkins believes that the church has a responsibility to go beyond the four walls to both minister and to help empower people to better them. He is an Accountant and has written several books and articles. He is married to Rose Mary; they have four children, Thomas Jr., Sherman, Florence, and Jasmine.
 
  • Dr. Coleman Obasaju
    Dr. Coleman Obasaju has been given the privilege by God to serve in his vineyard for over 30 years. In response to God's word to " Blow the trumpet, to help mobilize a strong and mighty army that God will use to bring his plan for Africa to pass..." he has served as president of the Overseas Fellowship of Nigerian Christians in UK and Eire, President of the African Christian Fellowship in Philadelphia and member of the ACF National Mission Board, and actively ministers in many national and international conferences. He has authored two books. Dr. Obasaju is currently the Medical Director of the US Oncology division of Eli Lilly in Indianapolis. He is married to Christiana and they have three children.
 
  • Miss Eliada Nwosu
    Miss Eliada Nwosu is a Ph.D. student in International Development and Political Economics at the University of Pittsburgh. Eliada has traveled to several African countries, including Ghana, South Africa, Mozambique, and Senegal, to conduct research on Africa and International Trade, Financial Integration, and HIV/AIDS and Development. She has also visited parts of Asia and Europe, including Singapore, Thailand, and China to make presentations. Eliada is committed to the economic development of the Pan-African world, particularly through the form of entrepreneurship. Eliada is the daughter of Dr. and Mrs. Sylvanus Wosu, two of the founding members of ACFUSA.
