DIRECTOR OF ADMINISTRATION & MANAGEMENT

Marie David is a board appointed advisor to the ACFUSA Board from the South Region.   She has served as coordinator of youth and yound adult in the ACF Atlanta chapter, and was a part of the worship team.   She is currently developing the worship team in her home church in Arkansas, and also supports the church in intercessory prayer function, while leading a women's bible study.   Marie loves to mentor and develop the younger generation in maximizing their God given potentials.

Professionally, Marie is a manageing partner at Emergin LLC, a sustainable development-consulting firm.   She currently serves as advisor to the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation in the foundation's agricultural market access program.   In this role, she focuses on connecting smallholder farmers to retail supply chains in the US.   She previously worked as Walmart's director of sustainability, director of social responsibility and global supply chain specialist.   Marie is passionate about developing and implementing strategies that create economic empowerment opportunities for those at the base of the pyramid.   She holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Benin, Nigera, and a Masters degree in Law from the University of Arkansas.

Marie David is married to Osas David, CEO of eMax Communications, and they have three beautiful children, Myles 11, EvaMarie 14, and Manuel 15.

Pastor John N. N. Ng'ang'a

recently retired from the country leadership team of a multinational oil company as its distribution & operations manager but has had experience in business analysis, retail marketing, aviation marketing, warehouse & depot management, transport and logistics. He was in charge of developing the Shell transport standards in 10 countries of Africa. In his private capacity he has been a director in a national parastatal company, shell pension fund, and was founding chairman of among others, Mt Kinangop Girls Secondary School. He is current chairman of Biblica (formerly International Bible Society) East Africa and Kenya Board, The Christian Professional Magazine Board, CITAM mission and outreach board, and is chief patron of Kenya students Christian Fellowship (KSCF). He also serves on the Advisory council of FOCUS. Since retirement ,in addition to motivational speaking at various universities, he does business consultancy and training. He is a trained KIM COYA consultant and a member of PTAK (professional trainers association of Kenya ). Pastor Ng'ang'a is a writer on leadership and interpersonal relations and has authored books like ‘Friendship’, ‘Secret of contentment’, ‘Leadership-King David style’, and his recent book being ‘Leaders source of influence’.

Dr. Vincent Anigbogu

 is the president/CEO of JC Quality (Management) consulting companies in Nigeria, Uganda, and USA which offer hands-on leadership and quality management consultancy services to government agencies, business establishments, religious and academic institutions. JC offers specialized training to meet the requirements of international standards including: ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System, ISO 14000 Environmental Management System; ISO 17025 Laboratory Certification Standards, and ISO 22000 Food Safety Standards.

Since 2003, Dr. Anigbogu has traveled extensively Africa-wide as a consultant to business establishments, State and National governments, Universities, and Church organizations. Dr. Anigbogu admits: "I have an unquenchable passion for a new Africa and to see a fulfilled people of African descent."  

Dr. Anigbogu was the National Secretary of ACFUSA from 2003 to 2007.

DIRECTOR OF BUILDING BRIDGES

Julius Udodi Esonwune is currently a member of the National Board of Directors of African Christian Fellowship USA.   He has been a member of ACF since February 1990 and has been serving the ACF family in the West Region since then. His commitments include serving in local, regional and national committees on various assignments. With a home chapter in Southern California (ACFSC) where he is currently serving as a Bible Study & Prayer Coordinator, he also served in ACF of Northern California, Oakland while on a professional assignment. He has held at various times positions such as General Secretary, Children’s Programs Coordinator, Bible Study Coordinator, and Interim President. 

Mr. Esonwune is a Civil Engineer whose backgrounds interface Civil Engineering, Architecture and Construction Management.   He also has a Masters degree in Business Administration. His academic landmarks feature schools such as:  St John’s Primary School - Isu, Isu High School - Isu, Metro-Tech – Omaha, University of Nebraska - Omaha, and Patten University - Oakland. An avid tennis player, his passion among other interests and hobbies is evangelistic outreach (missions) – using all tools within reach to educate, engage, motivate and encourage fellowships among all people for Christ. He has a natural curiosity for things or systems that work well, and appreciates results that represent a thorough thought input. Julius is a blessed father of two teenage children. 

 

DIRECTOR OF RECONNECTING WITH AFRICA

Sam Ogbonnaya is a Midwest Region Representative to the ACFUSA Board.   He has been a member of the African Christian Fellowship since 1994.   He has served the fellowship in many capacities at the local, regional and national levels including: Program Coordinator, ACF of Minnesota; President,  ACF of Minnesota;  Vice President, ACF-Midwest Region; President, ACF-Midwest Region; Member, ACFUSA Administration & Management Committee; Member, ACFUSA Passing The Legacy Committee; Member, ACFUSA Building Bridges Committee; Website Editor, ACFUSA.ORG.

Mr. Ogbonnaya is an Account Executive Officer at Travelers Insurance Company, and is a Chartered Property & Casualty Underwriter (CPCU).   He is an avid reader, a sports enthusiast, and a music connoisseur.

Married in 1988 to Ijeoma Ogbonnaya, their marriage is blessed with three wonderful children: Uche, KC, and Chichi.
