ACFUSA SOUTH REGION: PROGRAMS

Missions Initiative

In keeping with the vision to reconnect with the continent of Africa, the region embarks upon mission trips to Africa more specifically Nigeria and Ghana. Mission Teams to these countries participate in educating locals on medical issues like cervical cancer.

Family Enrichment Program

The South Region developed the Family Enrichment Program in keeping with ACF's mission to "build and preserve a stable, functional, and harmonious community that effectively addresses the spiritual, physical, social, and emotional needs, and recognizes the diversity of its members". The Family Enrichment Program held every February seeks to teach, apply and implement consistent biblical principles on individual responsibility, marriage, and the family. The program thus provides a way for couples to renew and strengthen their relationship.

Presidential Envoy

Members are sent to visit other chapters as representatives of the Regional president. These members encourage the chapters in their work. The envoy also serves to provide a visible presence of the Regional executive to the chapters.
