Goal I
Foster reconciliation, unity, and understanding with Christian groups and persons. |

Actions/Activities:
- Establish a yearly Africa Day event at local and regional levels that includes representation of the entire African and non African constituencies.
- Incorporate ACF action plans on building bridges into relevant ACF activities at chapter, Regional, and National levels.
- Engage in dialogue aimed at improving understanding and collaboration among target Groups.

Goal II
Foster collaboration with appropriate organizations, agencies, and persons. |

Actions/Activities:
- Clearly identify representative constituencies with whom we need to work.
- Identify areas of common interests and differences with these constituencies through survey from within and outside the fellowship.
- Maintain a policy statement that clearly defines the independent, nondenominational, ministerial position of the Fellowship in regard to relationships with other organizations and people groups.
- Leverage our spiritual, economic, and political capabilities to facilitate the achievement of the ACF goals and objectives.
- Enable a bridge building task force to create effective communication and marketing strategies, prints, media, technology, and outcomes assessments.

Goal III Enhance positive mutual perceptions of Africans and other people groups. |

Actions/Activities:
- Establish functional relationships at the regional level with representatives of the identified constituencies. E.g., work jointly on common projects.
- Identify and deal with issues of misunderstanding between African and African Americans openly and objectively.
- Educate members on the history and contributions of various groups, notably African Americans, in the United States.
- Initiate mutual exchange of speakers and participation in programs between the Fellowship and the African American churches and other groups.

Goal IV Increase and maintain the membership and participation of all African countries in the Fellowship to the proportion of their national populations. |

Actions/Activities:
- Evaluate the national composition of the Fellowship on a yearly basis in order to inform and direct the deployment of special recruitment efforts.
- Eliminate language barriers without stifling cultural expression in the Fellowship.
- Use inclusive language and programming and distribution selection of projects.
